    With the use of HeartMath’s evidence-based techniques and tools designed to help individuals build emotional resilience, regulate stress, and optimize heart-brain coherence—a scientifically validated state where the heart, mind, and emotions are aligned and in sync.

     

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

      Explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and        relationships.

  • Play Therapy
    Primarily used with children, this modality allows for expression and processing of emotions through play, which is their natural language.

    Prioritizes emotional safety, choice, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.
